As housing is being snapped up in ontario, finding affordable housing is very difficult, we decided to move to alberta. We would never have time to begin the entire process from ontario. We were lucky and grateful to have found Jefri and had the pleasure of working along side him and his partner Joseph. They offered to tour the property via video, and they provided all details necessary (including a hand-sketch of the property). He managed all facets and even helped with finding a lawyer and home inspection. Really went above and beyond.
